LERA is providing structural engineering services for renovation of the landmark Apollo Theater in Harlem. The project consists of restoration and expansion of the existing theater including historic preservation of the front facade, marquee and main "Apollo" sign. The project also included a concept design of a new performing arts center on the site of the Victoria Theater.
