The aim of creating a neighborhood led to plan for two public squares on a five-block site in Pittsburgh. These public spaces were designed to complement the existing public spaces nearby. The project consists of a 40-story central office tower with a glass-enclosed winter garden, a set of 5 smaller office buildings and a central courtyard and included a below-grade 700-car parking facility.
