This project consists of the design of 40,000-sf (3,700-sm) of administrative space for the Battery Park City Parks Conservancy. Program elements include the design for a long-span, high garage bay with overhead hoist system and a double glazed wall at the entry. This facility received a LEED Platinum rating.
