This project includes two 3-story steel framed office and classroom buildings, clad in brick, glass and metal panel. The building features glass-enclosed atria, curved and sloping walls. The research greenhouse is two stories with a masonry base and a modular aluminum and a glass greenhouse on top.

Building A is a new three-story and basement addition to the West face of the Student Services wing of the existing Lecture Hall Building, and features an atrium at its North end, facing the new campus and entrance plaza. Building B is a new 3-story building which is connected to the west end of the south wing of Science 1, and features a central atrium at the entrance lobby.
