PS 166 Modernization
P.S. 166 consists of a five-floors and basement in 91,000-sf (8,500-sm) Completed in 1997, this modernization project brought the collegiate gothic style school, built in 1898, into compliance with current building codes and barrier free regulations and included reinforcement of the roof structure and existing columns and foundations to support a new mechanical penthouse.
