This project consisted of a peer review and engineering for the Kumagai Gumi Company, Ltd. and Nippon Steel Corporation. The project consisted of a 1,260ft (368m), 70 story mixed use tower containing 2.65 million sf (250,000sm). LERA also established and reviewed the design criteria for the City of Shenzhen.
