A multiple building residential complex on the European side of Istanbul. The project is on a steeply sloping site, resulting in multiple basement levels in the buildings. The A2 tower is 176.5 meters tall, 80,000 m2 with 8 basement levels, 1 ground level and 43 above grade levels. The B3 tower is 170.5 meters tall, 103,000 m2 with 7 basement levels, 1 ground level and 41 above ground levels. The C3 tower is 102.5 meters tall, 45,000 m2 with 8 basement levels, 1 ground level and 21 above grade levels. LERA is providing schematic design and design development services for the towers listed above. LERA is also providing schematic design services for the retaining structures for this steeply sloped site.
